Criteria for Individual
✅ A record of outstanding teaching effectiveness both within and outside the classroom
✅ The ability to inspire, promote, and sustain the intellectual development of students
✅ A pedagogical approach that is innovative (new approaches using current or new models of teaching), intellectually rigorous, creative, and engaging
✅ Demonstrated scholarly/professional contributions and their integration into the classroom that foster critical thinking and challenge students to independent inquiry
✅ Advising/mentoring of undergraduate or graduate students or doctoral and clinical supervision-interactions outside of the classroom and the quality of such interactions
✅ Contribution to developing or enhancing curricula in the field Length of service
✅ Other awards/honors received
Criteria for University/College/School/ Coaching Institutes
✅ GECL Awards will identifies and recognizes the achievements of some of the finest individual/organization from the public/private sector
✅ GECL's Education and Corporate Awards are based on a comprehensive market research study being conducted by our company and college by considering various criteria
✅ Criteria include but are not limited to Infrastructure, Faculty, Placements, Strength of Students, Annual Growth, Students & Alumni Feedback, Feedback from the industry etc.

Criteria for Entrepreneurs and Startups
✅ “Startup” and “Entrepreneurship” are the two buzz words in India today. India is now number 3 in terms of startups across the world. Startups have become a clear focus not only from the Government "StartUp India" but with every major university now building an innovation lab and a startup cell including courses on Startup and entrepreneurship.
✅ Nominations for the awards are solicited from budding and cutting edge start-ups under public, private, corporate, non-profit entities from all sectors/disciplines including but not limiting Agriculture, Biotech, Pharma, Healthcare, Chemicals, Advanced Materials, Alternative Energy, Automotive, Telecom, IT, Electronics, etc. Nominations received will be judged by an eminent jury panel on the basis of degree of innovativeness, potential impact for target industry/user group, market potential of the innovation, etc.
